To improve our services to Customers Capella embarked on the road of structuring our Business Processes to consistently raise our Customers’ Satisfaction. This involved during 2017 the selection of a Management System – the internationally recognised standards of ISO 9001:2015 QMS was selected.
After improving and aligning our existing processes to the requirements of this ISO standard Capella was awarded to us in the first week of 2018. This is the official recognition that our management systems fully conforms to the global standard of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Capella is very proud of this award and will maintain it through the focus on the key elements of:

- Delivery fidelity
- Customer Support
- Continuous Improvement
Capella prides itself on its flexibility to achieve Customer Requirements and responding to corresponding challenges. It is the intention to improve even further by listening (Customer Feedback) and improving upon how we do business together.
The management system, as required by ISO, has Capella strategically planning its future such that our customer base can be assured of the longevity of our provision of product and advice to our distribution and end-user customers. It also enables us to focus on our key stake-holders, including our own staff and our supply base.
With this standard of Management System in place Capella looks to the future of supporting our customers and also our customers’ customers.
